These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and cuan54 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at https://cuan54.cam. By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using the cuan54 platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety.

Age Verification: cuan54 employs robust age and identity verification procedures. Any Account found to be registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all winnings forfeited, and deposits returned at the Company's sole discretion.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the cuan54 Platform at any time. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name, an alias, or through a third party — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and winnings.
During registration, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and phone number. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date. cuan54 accepts no liability for losses arising from inaccurate or outdated account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. cuan54 will treat any activity conducted through your Account as your own. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately.
cuan54 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to: a valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or other government-issued photo identification; proof of residential address; and proof of the payment method used. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in Account suspension and delayed or withheld withdrawals.
cuan54 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
Important: cuan54 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly; however, quoted processing times are estimates and not guarantees. Delays beyond our control — including banking system outages or public holidays — may affect processing times.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, and other incentives offered by cuan54 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, as well as the general provisions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.
New Players are eligible for a 100% first-deposit match bonus, up to a maximum of Rp 5,000,000, subject to a minimum qualifying deposit of Rp 100,000. The welcome bonus carries a 20x wagering requirement on the combined deposit and bonus amount. The bonus must be used within 30 calendar days of activation; any unused bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited after this period.
Any attempt to abuse bonuses — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, using professional betting strategies to exploit bonus terms, or colluding with other Players — will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all bonus-derived winnings, and possible legal action.
All bets and gaming sessions on the cuan54 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game or market, as displayed on the Platform at the time of play. General provisions include:

Consequences: Violation of any prohibited conduct provision may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all Account balances and pending winnings, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable.
All content on the cuan54 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout — is the intellectual property of cuan54 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.
You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of cuan54. Unauthorized use of any cuan54 intellectual property may result in legal action.

Our collection, storage, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Nothing in this Agreement shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
You may request to close your Account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC verification requirements and resolution of any pending wagering requirements.
cuan54 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:
In cases of Account closure due to a breach of this Agreement, cuan54 reserves the right to withhold any Balance, pending winnings, or bonus funds pending investigation.
This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it or its subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which cuan54 is licensed and incorporated. Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally in the first instance by contacting cuan54 customer support.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognized arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its rights pending arbitration.
cuan54 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of this Agreement at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavor to provide advance notice by posting a prominent notice on the Platform or by sending an email to your registered address. Non-material changes take effect immediately upon publication.
It is your responsibility to review this Agreement periodically for any changes. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Agreement. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure.
